| 摘 要： | 初级长拳第三路是我国高等院校普通学生（男生）武术教材必修课之一．它由武术的基本功、基本动作、基础套路动作组合的一套完整武术套路．要掌握好拳术套路、规格、特点和运动方法、提高动作套路的技术水平，了解和掌握动作的对练及功防技术的性质和作用，是离不开教师的正确示范教学和讲解、示范是主要的，怎样运用正确的示范教学，让学生能在有限的学习中学会、学好动作，本文就此做以论述．
