| 摘 要： | 在对腋芽培养的激素浓度研究的基础上，进行了继代培养和生根培养的激素浓度配比的研究，初步探讨了愈伤组织的形成问题。通过大量的观察，提出了温度在红枣快速繁殖中的重要作用，进一步证明了光照时间长短对外植体培养中花蕾形成的诱导作用，得到了系统的培养数据。
