受压管杆柱在倾斜或弯曲井眼中的稳定性

摘    要:以一跨受到轴向压力的管杆柱作为研究对象,建立了其弯曲变形的微分方程及边界条件,得到最大径向变形量的计算公式。经分析得到此式的使用条件,并得出临界跨度和临界轴向压力之间的关系式。计算实例表明,无论是套管、油管还是抽油杆,当其下入深度较大时都面临着失稳的问题,而且随着深度的增加.其失稳程度也增加。

Abstract:Casing-tubing-suck red string being in axial compression in slant or curved well hole will lose stability. The solution is the proper setting of centralizers.This paper studies one span of string in axial compression. The differential equation of bending deflection is set up and its boundary conditions are obtained. The formula for calculating the maximum radial deflection of this span is obtained. Its proper applied condition and the relationship between critical span and critical axial compressive force are presented. The calculation examples show that casing and tubing or suck rod will be unstable when the string is used in deep well. The deeper the well is,the worse is the stability.
