离合器接合过程的空气动力学特性研究

摘    要:首次提出根据气动摩擦离合器接合过程中缸内气压变化的状况可将接合过程按阶段进行划分,并依此建立了准确且实用的描述接合过程空气动力学参数变化规律的数学模型,通过台架试验,证明了上述理论分析与试验结果相当吻合。

Abstract:On the basis of bench tests in engaging process of penumatic friction clutch, it is first proposed that the engaging process be divided into five stages or three sections by means of changes of gas pressure in its gas cylinder. The variation law of aerodynamics parameter in the engaging process is established, which is convenient to engineering application. The theoretical results are verified experimentally.
