摘    要:为聚烯烃绝缘材料中杂质颗粒检测的激光扫描薄带法建立了新型的信号提取技术;采用光敏阵列与运放隔离求和法,使光电接收器件既有较高的时间-频率域响应,又能有效压抑材料光散射引起的噪声.应用阻光法建立了激光束扫描杂质颗粒的数学模型,据此推导出了测量信号参数与颗粒直径的关系.最后文中还报道了试样的测试结果和测试装置的标定曲线

Abstract:A new signal pick up technique in laser scanning for sampling detection of foreign particles in bulk polyolefine insulation is proposed. With a photosensitive array, and isolating and summing circuits, the photo electrical rectiver has not only a larger time frequency domain response, but also can effectively restrain the noise caused by light scattering in material. A mathematic model for laser scanning detection of foreign particles is derived by obscuration method. Subsequently, the relationship between the particle size and signal parameters is found. Finally the test results and the calibration curve of our measurement set up are described.
