我国轻工业的技术引进与后发效应的综合分析

技术引进是世界各国利用外部资源发展本国经济的一个重要途径，特别是对于发展中国家，更是加速改造本国技术基础，调整产业结构，提高本国生产能力和出口能力，发挥“后起国效应”（后发效应）的一个不缺少的重要条件，文章从学习曲线，技术周期，产品周期，技术差距及产业结构变化等方面，综合分析技术引进对我国轻工产业后发效应的作用与影响。

COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSES ON TECHNOLOGY IMPORT AND DELAYED EFFECT OF LIGHT INDUSTRY IN CHINA

Technology import plays an important role in taking advantage of foreign resources to develope domestic economy. It deals with reforming technological base, adjusting industrial structure and improving productive and export capacity,expecially for LDCs. This paper presents comprehensive analyses on the technology import according to learning curve, the theory of technology and product cycle, technology gap and the change of industrial structure. The roles and influences of delayed effect as well as foreign trade structure of Chinese light industry are discussed.
