高效自锁传动

摘    要:从最简单的斜面传动和一种新传动“双渐开线蜗杆传动”,(用力比方法不用功比)发现了传动效率的通解,指出了现有教材和科技资料中的传动效率公式皆为其特例.通过计算机绘图得出了传动效率曲面.分析了自锁和不自锁时传动效率的特性,得出了工程界应当改变的旧观念:如自锁传动效率永远低于50%;自锁的蜗轮蜗杆传动效率永远很低等,和肯定了有厚利可图的自锁传动高效率可比一般的传动效率极大值还高

Abstract:This paper gives the general solution of transmission efficiency from the most simplest drive "Inclined plane Drive" and a new drive "Involute Twinworm Drive",based on the force ratio method instead of the work ratio method, and points out that the expression of efficiency as provided in almost any machine design textbook and literature is only a particular case of the general solution.The graph of the general solution is a curved surface. It is also pointed out that some conceptions of engineering ought to be changed, such as, Self Locking drives are bound to have an efficiency of less than 50%.
