ZnO陶瓷主晶相晶粒生长发育过程的研究

摘    要:通过对ZnO陶瓷中晶粒的生长发育过程的详细研究,结果发现烧成初期,在较大粉粒与较小粉粒间表面能差的作用下,首先形成许多原始ZnO粉粒降集体,粉粒的聚集中心是其附近较大的ZnO粉粒,粉粒聚集体是ZnO晶粒的雏形,其中存在许多不规则的微界面,相邻聚集体之界面则是原始的晶界,随烧结温度升高,晶粒不断长大,晶粒中的微界面趋于消失。文中提出了新的ZnO晶体生长模型,即晶粒的生长发育经历了2个阶段;1是粉聚集

Abstract:The developing process of grains in ZnO ceramics has been studied in detail in this paper. It was found that at the initial stage of sintering, many aggregates composed of original ZnO particles are formed as a result of the effect of surface energy difference between larger particles and smaller particles, whose centers are the larger ones. The aggregates are the embryonic forms of ZnO grains, in which there are a lot of irregular micro-interfaces. The interfaces between two adjoining aggregates are original grainboundaries. With increasing in sintering temperature, ZnO grains grow and the micro-interfaces tend to disappear. A new model of ZnO grain growth is suggested in this paper, i. e. the developing process of grain can be classified into two stages: one is the forming statge of powder aggregates,and the other is the stage of grain growth.
