透平膨胀机气体动压可倾瓦止推轴承承载特性的研究

摘    要:为探讨几何参数对可倾压动止推气机轴承承载能力的影响,在自行设计的止推轴承实验台上进行了大量的实验研究,提出了一睦几何参数取值的最佳范围,应用有限元法对平面扇形可倾瓦及曲面扇形可倾瓦时进行了理论计算,并将计算结果与实验数据进行了对比,得出曲面瓦优于平面瓦等一些有益的结论。

Abstract:A great many experiments on tilting pad thrust gas bearings have been done to discuss the effects of geometry parameters on the load capacity of the bearings, and the optimum range of these parameters was obtained. The finite element method was adopted to calculate the load capacity of both flat sector tilting pad thrust gas bearings and convex ones, and the theoretical results were compared with the experimental ones, then some useful conclusions such as convex pad prior to flat pad were achieved.
