| 摘 要： | 文中介绍了应用热象无损检测技术以电加载方式探测被测物件内部的质量缺陷。这种方式检测快，分辨率高，在工业在线生产中的检测中实用性强，同时，把该技术应用于非晶硅太阳能电池检测，结果表明；可以探测其内部可能存在的裂纹，空隙或成膜质量缺陷。

| Abstract: | In this paper the thermography nondestructive testing by using the electrical loading, which has a high testing speed and resolution, has been described. A satisfactory test of noncrystalline silicon solar battery has been achieved by using this method. |
