失效叶片显微结构和力学性能研究

摘    要:研究了低压汽轮机末级叶片2Cr13不锈钢长期服役失后显微结构和力学性能的变化,与未服役的叶片相比,显微组织中位错密度升高,部分区域位错胞状组织形成,碳化物粒子粗化低温冲击断口上发现现服役叶片中有显微孔沿和裂纹形成,显微结构的变化导致了服叶片叶力学性能的改变,屈服强度,循环屈服强度,抗拉强度均有下降,弹性模量略有下降,疲劳性能测试结果表明,疲劳门槛值下降,疲劳裂纹扩展速率增加,而疲劳极限和材料的本质

Abstract:The microstructures and mechanical properties of a failed last stage blade 2Cr13 stainless steel in a low pressure steam turbine were studied.It was observed that the dislocation density rose,the cell dislocation structure formed and precipitated carbides coarsened in partial zones by a TEM.It was found that microvoids and microcracks formed by a SEM observation of low temperature impacting fractographies.The variations of microstructures lead to the lowering of yield strength,cyclic yield strength and limit strength and the slight lowering of elastic modulus for the failed 2Cr13 blade.In addition,the fatigue threshold decreased and the rate of crack growth increased.There was no obvious changes in fatigue limit and effective threshold of the failed 2Cr13 blade due to the taking away of a surface layer.The resistance to vibration rose due to the formation of microvoids and microcracks.
