基于模板的虚拟企业制造信息跟踪方法研究

针对虚拟企业制造执行过程中对进度跟踪、成本跟踪和质量跟踪的需求，提出了一种基于实例化模板（TIT）网络模型的制造信息跟踪方法．该方法采用模板封装制造信息，用模板结构树体现产品信息对于不同配置、不同组织结构的交叉，并用TIT网络模型体现了制造信息在时间坐标轴上的动态性．在TIT搜索算法的支持下，通过制造和管理数据的实时视图和历史视图，实现了制造信息的实时跟踪与历史跟踪，不仅满足了虚拟企业中不同人员跟踪制造执行过程的需求，而且为移动制造协同提供了数据源．

Template-Based Manufacturing Information Tracking Method for Extended Enterprise

To meet the requirements of progress tracking,cost tracking and quality tracking in product-driven e-manufacturing process,a time-dependent instantiated template(TIT) net-based manufacturing information tracking method is proposed.Adopting manufacturing information templates to encapsulate manufacturing information,relationships between production information and variant configuration or organization are described by a template structure tree.The enterprise information variation is recorded in TIT-net.Based on TIT-net searchiog algorithm,information tracking is realized via the history view and in-time view,thus the manufacturing execution process tracking for variant users in extended enterprises is completely implemented to provide data resources for mobile manufacturing collaboration.
