农业产业化是现代农业发展的必然趋势和特点，在我国农业产业化作为一种新的生产经营方式，是改革与发展的产物．本文主要以山西省定襄县为例，在分析其农业产业化发展的条件、现状、特点、存在问题的基础上，提出今后发展中应该注意的问题及发展趋势。
