| Abstract: | As the ownership law is to be made, different opinions on many of its problems arise in the field of civil law theory. The heat problems include the guiding ideology in making ownership law, the structure of ownership law, the arrangement of ownership system, profitable ownership system and guaranteed ownership system. The discussion of these problems will help greatly to make the ownership law. |
