| 摘 要： | 本文通过对电子政务系统安全威胁、政务系统安全风险及我国电子政务建设面临的安全问题等几方面进行阐述,全面分析了电子政务的安全现状及安全需求,最后提出了电子政务系统必须实现的信息安全目标。
