基于统一强度理论的拉压异性材料厚壁圆筒的自增强分析

摘    要:运用统一强度理论对承受内压的拉压屈服强度不同材料的厚壁圆筒进行了自增强分析,得到了适用于多种材料的厚壁圆筒弹性区与塑性区中的应力分布,残余应力分布及合成应力分布的统一解析式,分析得出了最佳弹塑性半径和最佳自增强内压的统一解析解

Abstract:Thispaper makesan autofrettage analysisof thick walled cylinder of material with different yield strength in tension and compression based on unified strength theory.The stressdistribution and residual stressdistribution are obtained by the analysis,from which a set of solutionscan be obtained based on different strength theoriesfrom the Mohr strength theory to the twin shear strength theory.The optimum elastic-plastic radiusand optimum autofrettage pressure are obtained by the analysis.The resultsin the reference are only the special solution.By using the unified strength theory,the more proper solution about different materialscan be obtained.
