| 摘 要： | 沉降量是建筑物施工期间及竣工后地基变形的一个重要指标.以恩施州电力总调度中心大楼沉降观测与预测为例,详细讨论了沉降监测的布设方案、建筑物变形监测的精度和数据分析,并采用指数曲线3点法对地基最终沉降量进行预测.

| Abstract: | The settlement is an important index indicating the deformation of foundation in construction work and completion.This article describes the concept of deformation monitor,the reason for building deformation,the plans for deformation monitor and the precision and data analysis of building deformation monitor.And then three point method based on index curve is used to calculate the final settlement. |
