| 摘 要： | 本文采用有限元素法分析了HCW轧机在弯辊力与工作辊移动条件下的辊系弹性变形,阐述了不同弯辊力与不同移动量对辊间接触压力分布及辊缝形状的影响,揭示了两者的内在联系。计算与实验结果均表明HCW轧机比普通四辊轧机具有更强的板形控制能力。
