| 摘 要： | 高校廉政文化建设是构建社会主义先进文化伟大工程的重要组成部分，加强高校廉政文化建设是推进我国高等教育事业科学发展的重要保障，是人才培养的内车要求。高校廉政文化建设应着力塑造体现廉政核心价值的大学精神，建设渗透廉政核心价值的大学制度，倡导富有廉政意识的表率行为，营造特色魅力的廉政文化氛围，从而充分发挥康政文化潜移默化的浸润功能．

| Abstract: | The construction of honest and clean administration culture in colleges is an important component of the great project of constructing advanced socialist culture. To strengthen the construction of honest and clean administration culture in colleges is the important guarantee in promoting China＇s higher education and an inner request of talent cultivation. The construction of honest and clean administration culture in colleges should concentrate on shaping college spirit which embodies the core value of honest and clean administration culture ,build the college system which is infiltrated with honest and clean administration culture, advocate the exemplary conduct which has awareness of honest and clean administration culture and create its atmosphere. In this way, the inhibitory effects of honest and clean administration culture will be exerted. |
