摘    要:采用固相微萃取和气相色谱-质谱法联用,建立一种测定水中己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯的方法,考察了萃取温度、萃取时间和热解吸时间等因素对方法灵敏度的影响.其方法简便、准确、灵敏度高.该方法对己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯的检出限为0.06μg/L(S/N=3),相对标准偏差为5.15%.用此方法测定扎龙湿地水样,结果未检出己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯.

Abstract:A method that the di-2-(ethylhexy1)adipate of water was determined by the method of solid-phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established,the effects of extraction temperature,extraction time,and thermal desorption time on the sensitivity of the method were investigated.The method is simple,accurate and sensitive.The detection limit of di(2-ethylhexy1)adipate is 0.1 μ g / L(S / N = 3.) The relative standard deviation is 5.15%.Sample of Zhalong wetland water was determined by the method,the di-2-(ethylhexy1)adipate was not detected.
