| Abstract: | Under the assumption that the functions appearing in nonlinear programming problems are continuously differentiable and have Lipschitz continuous gradient functions, the second-order necessary conditions under generalized second-order GCQ and the second-order sufficient conditions for isolated solutions having weaker CQ are given. |
