| 摘 要： | 从我国社会主义现代化建设的实际出发，推进中国特色社会主义政治文明建设，应着眼于现代化建设全局，把握政治文明建设的进程；推进物质文明建设，增强社会主义政治文明建设的根本；加强社会主义文化建设与发展，奠定政治文明建设的基础；创新中国行政管理体制，提高政治文明建设的实效；加强社会主义民主制度建设，把握政治文明建设的关键。
