| 摘 要： | L.Elsner和R.Bhatia给出了n阶方阵A、B的积和式的变差的估计为|per(A)—per(B)|≤n||A—B||,max(||A||_p,||B||_p)~(n-1),p∈{1,2,∞}.L.Elsner猜测上式对任何范数都成立。我们指出对一些||I|_p>1的p—范数也成立。当A、B为长方阵时,我们给出了一些相应的结果。
