区域公路网技术评价指标体系研究

科学严密的评价指标体系是对区域公路网进行科学评价的基础.在分析国内公路网络技术评价指标体系研究现状的基础上,针对干线公路和县乡公路在区域公路网中承担功能的不同,提出在遵循公路网技术评价一般指标体系的基础上,还应建立干线公路和县乡公路各自的评价指标系统.并提出用公路网的适应性指标来作为评价整个区域公路网络的指标的思想.通过运用上述指标体系对郑州市公路网现状评价的技术评价证明,这种分类方法是切实可行的.

Research on Technical Evaluation Indicator System of Area Highway Network

A scientific evaluation of area highway network is made on the basis of a scientific and rigorous technical evaluation indicator system.This paper analyzes the present situation of the domestic technical evaluation indicator system of area highway network at first.Then according to the different functions of main highway and county-township highway in area highway-network,this paper proposes that it should establish technical evaluation indicator system of main highway and county-township highway respectively,and puts forward an idea that it takes highway network adaptability as the indicator to evaluate the whole area highway network.This classification method is viable by applying aforementioned technical evaluation indicator system to prove technology evaluation of the present situation of Zhengzhou highway network.
