| 摘 要： | 中低收人居民是当前城市家庭中的主力军，改善这部分群体的居住水平是政府最关注的焦点，本文分析了中低收入居民进入住宅市场的条件以及在启动过程中所面临的问题，指出房价收入比过高是制约的主要因素，并针对性的提出启动中低收入居民住宅市场的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | At present,the middle-lower income residents are the main force of citizens.How to improve the residential level of this part of group is the key issue of our government.The author analyses the conditions on the middle-lower income residents involving in the house market and the problems occurring in the progress of the market economics.The high housing price-household income rate is the main restrictive factor based on above discussions.Furthermore,the strategies and suggestions are also been put forward. |
