| Abstract: | The economic law is the law by which the government implements the economic management as well as which normalizes the governmental economic management.The former makes the government become the efficient government while the latter makes the government become the limited government. The economic law is of important significance for dealing with the relation between the government and market and positioning the economic management power limit. |
