气动和结构多学科优化设计过程集成技术研究

摘    要:研究了气动和结构多学科优化设计中的过程集成技术问题,详细分析了三维几何建模、CFD、结构强度分析和iSIGHT优化之间的数据集成机理,实现了气动和结构强度的边界设定、载荷加载、优化策略定制和优化结果自动评判等过程的集成。通过基于iSIGHT的集成框架应用实例完成了简单翼的多学科优化设计。

Abstract:The integration technology of multidisciplinary design optimization(MDO) of aerodynamic and structure dynamic were proposed.The data flow integration principle between 3D geometry modeling,CFD,structure analysis and iSIGHT optimization was researched,and the process integrations such as the settings of boundary conditions,the loading of aerodynamic and structure dynamic,optimization strategy customization and optimization result judgement were realized.Finally,the MDO design which based on the iSIGHT integration frame was implemented,and the example of the simple swing was given.
