论西藏大众传媒的发展策略

摘    要:在维护祖国统一和民族团结,促进西藏社会经济发展的新世纪伟业中,西藏新闻传播事业具有十分重要的历史地位和现实价值。对此,首先应结合西藏实际,建立具有现代传播优势的新闻传媒整体构架,优先发展广播,重点发展网络,确立电视主流地位;其次,注重发展藏语传媒,完善“双语合璧”机制;再则,加大新闻援藏力度,培养民族新闻人才,不断进行市场化尝试,并借助青藏铁路通车和经济跨越式发展的历史契机,努力实现西藏大众传媒的历史性突破。

Abstract:Tibetan journalism is of great importance in the course of Tibetan social economy. As for it, it should first establish the wholesome modern journalism structure, giving priority to the development of radio, mainly network and setting the dominance of television; secondly, Tibetan media should be taken great empha- sis and it should better the bilingual system; finally, it should continue the "helping" from the inland of China and the education of local people engaging in the journalism to realize the historical breakthrough of Tibetan mass media.
