用声卡采集电生理数据的方法研究

摘    要:论文介绍了一种利用微机声卡代替通常使用的FM磁带记录器和AD/DA卡的新方法,实际应用证明,这一技术方法设备简单,操作方便,价格便宜,通用性强,效果良好,值得推广,文中对实际应用这一方法的技术设施、实验程序等都进行了详细的介绍,并对其优点和应用限制进行了讨论。

Abstract:A commercially available sound card was used for the first time instead of the commonly used FM tape recorders or AD/DA cards in electrophysiological experiments for collecting continuous AC signals whose frequency is in the range of audio frequency. The sound card recording method is especially suitable for long time recording and large amount data storage due to the advantages of the modern PC and sound card, such as high capacity and compact harddisk or CD-r, a wealth of of software and easiness for use. Details were introduced for setting-up and experimental procedures. Moreover, the method was exemplified by recording of the response of gustatory sensilla on the ventral side of maxillary palp of cockroach, Periplaneta Americana to NaCl. The results showed that the method is simple , low cost and easy for data played back , data zoomed in/out and data storage. Discussions were given about its advantages and limitations.
