| 摘 要： | 在有限元结构分析软件ＡＢＡＱＵＳ和ＵＮＩＳＴＲＵＣ－Ⅱ基础上建立了铸钢件凝固过程三维温度场分析技术。计算了汽车后桥壳铸钢件的三维凝固温度场，预测了缩孔缺陷，改进了初拟工艺，预防了缺陷。
