| 摘 要： | 国际通行的FIDIC条款，具有严密、公平、效率的特点，对经济全球化背景下的我国基本建设项目管理，具有非常重要的指导意义。实行FIDIC合同条件下的费用管理，应明确费用控制的总目标，做好各关键环节的费用控制，同时要注意处理好FIDIC与中国国情相结合的有关问题。

To carry out the cost management under the contract of FIDIC, one should know clearly the general object of cost control, control the cost in all key links and properly deal with the corresponding problems between the article of FIDIC and China's specific situation. |
