| Abstract: | This paper analyses the main problems in the reform of state banks and enterprises, pointing out that separation of government adminitration from enterprise management, and the distinction of ownership are nothing but external conditions of the reform in state banks and enterprises. Therefore, we should lay special stress on scientific management. Finally, it suggests some specific measures for solving the existing problems. |
