| 摘 要： | 分析了以前在计算花键滚刀代用圆弧时有效啮合部分选取中存在的问题,提出了节圆半径增大可减小代用圆弧理论误差的观点,给出了优化选取滚切花键时节圆半径的方法。

| Abstract: | This thesis analyses the problem of selection of efficiently enagaging segment in calculating bobbing tool of spline instead of circular segment before, produces the point of view in which enlargement of pitch-radius may decrease the theoretical error of replacing circular segment and gives the method of optimum selection of pitch radius in bobbing spine. |
