新型三氮烯类化合物的合成与表征

摘    要:通过重氮盐的偶联反应以及Claisen-Schmidt反应合成了5个新型三氮烯类化合物,目标化合物的结构通过MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等方法得到证实.利用MTT法对所合成的化合物进行体外抗癌活性的筛选,发现5个新化合物均具有抗癌活性.

Abstract:Five new triazene derivatives were synthesized by nitrogen coupling reaction of the diazonium salt and Claisen-Schmidt reaction.These compounds were characterized by MS,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR.The results conformed well to expected structures.Five new compounds were sereened by MTT assay in vitro activity.It was discovered that all of these compounds had anti-cancer activity.
