摘    要:基于城市道路网络系统可靠度理论,对郑州市区三环内的道路网络进行了基于蒙特卡罗的模拟分析.通过单元概率重要度的计算,确定重要度较大的路段集和区域,结合实践调查数据,提出相应的分阶段逐步实施黄标车限行的策略.

Abstract:Monte-Carlo simulation-based method was used to conduct the system reliability analysis of the road network within the 3 rd ring road of Zhengzhou.Element probability importance was then calculated to detemine the selected road segments and regions.Calculation results were finally combined with the practical survey data to specify the implementation stages of restriction strategy of yellow-label vehicles in Zhengzhou.
