烟草提取液浓缩工艺过程建模与参数优化

摘    要:蒸发浓缩环节直接影响着食品的生产效率,利用CFD软件优化工艺过程参数对提高浓缩效率和提取液品质具有重大现实意义.通过对提取液浓缩过程的预测,结合相关的实验,研究工艺参数与浓缩过程之间的关系.研究结果表明:提供0.04MPa的真空度,将提取液沸点维持在85℃左右较为适合;加热蒸汽从换热管下部输入,从换热管上部输出,温度维持在115℃左右较好;浓缩前应先将提取液预热到一定温度,除去低沸点物质后再通入蒸发器以提高浓缩效率.

Abstract:The concentration process in paper-making method reconstitute tobacco affects tobacco productivity directly,parameter optimization has important practical significance to improve concentration efficiency and quality.Combining process modeling with experiment,the relationship between parameters and concentration process was studied.The research results show that boiling point should be about 85 ℃ under certain vacuum;Heating steam should input from the bottom of heat exchange tubes and output from the top of heat exchange tubes,and the temperature is about 115℃.Preheating extract to remove low boiling point substances to improve concentration efficiency.
