高可靠性冗余存储系统设计与实现

摘    要:为了获得高可靠和高带宽的存储系统,使用非透明PCI-PCI桥设计了一种14槽位CompactPCI高可靠冗余系统.该系统通过对背板和系统板上非透明PCI-PCI桥工作状态的配置,可使系统工作于不同模式,满足不同应用对系统可靠性的需要,同时可为包括主系统板在内的所有板卡提供冗余备份,使故障板可以被自动隔离,从而实现在不停机的情况下系统板及其它插件的拔插.该系统的总线带宽峰值可达528MB/s,具有99.999%的高可靠性能,能满足现代网络存储、通讯、工业控制等应用领域要求.

Abstract:In order to get high availability and high bandwidth communication platform, we design a redundant CompactPCI system with 14 slots using non-transparent PCI-PCI bridge. This system can work in different models for different applications according to configuration of all non-transparent bridges in system boards and backplane. It also supports redundancy and hot-swap for all boards including the main system boards. Failed board can be isolated, and boards can be inserted and extracted without shutdown of the system. The peak rate of its bus bandwidth is 528Mbyte/s, and up to 99. 999% availability can be achieved. It can be widely used in modern network storage, communication, and industry control application fields.
