荒漠沙蜥（Phrynocephalus przewalskii）松果复合体的显微和超微结构研究

荒漠沙蜥（Ｐｈｒｙｎｏｃｅｐｈａｌｕｓｐｒｚｅｗａｌｓｋｉｉ）松果复合体内顶眼和松果体组成，而顶眼比其它蜥蜴的发育完善，具有角膜，晶体，玻璃体和视网膜，与其侧眼结构很相似，但不能视物，只能感光，是高度发达的类眼器官，松果林包括旁突体和松果体本部二部分，其结构介于鱼类和两栖类同哺乳类的松果体之间，其光接触细胞属退化的光接受细胞，既具有一些与光接受细胞类似的外节等结构，又具有分泌细胞具有的囊泡和突触带

MICROSCOPIC STRUCTURAL AND ULTRASTRUCTURAL STUDIES ON THE PINEAL COMPLEX OF PHRYNOCEPHALUS PRZEWALSKII

The morphological structure of pineal complex of a lizard was studied with light and electron microscopy,and the function was disussed according to its structural characterization.It was found that the pineal complex of P.przewalskii is composed of parietal eye and pineal body.The parietal eye is well ed veloped,similar to lateral eyes and possesses corneal epithelium,lens,vitreous body and retina.It can only receive the stimulation of light without visual function and is a lateral eye like organ.The pineal body is composed of a structural paraphysis and a proper pineal body.The proer pineal body is a functional structure and the homolog of the mammalian epiphysis cerebri.Its structure is a intermediate form between the pineal saccular organ of fish and frog and a solid glandular organ of mammals.Some structural characterization of rudimentary photoreceptive cells appears in the photoreceptive cell and secretory cell.These results revealed that the pineal body of P.przewalskii is a transitional organ from a photosensory organ to an endocrine gland.It is able to receive the stimulation of light and at the same time has an endocerine function.
