| Abstract: | Eric Hobsbawm' s theory of class consciousnese is th e main content of his study of labour h istory.In his theory,he,as a British Marxist historian,expounded the formation and manifestation of the class consciousness of the working class in point of economy,politics.organization,life style an d cultural tradition.His study widened the scope of the study of labour history a nd gave the expression of his overall viewpoint of history.And his theory enriched and developed Marxist class theory. |
