摘 要: | 研究了蓖麻油聚氨酯(PU)与聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)在室温下生成的互穿网络聚合物(IPN)。通过FT-IR和凝胶含量的测定,说明此种IPN是接枝型IPN。考察了该IPN的各种组成对带锈铁板的附着力、柔韧性、冲击强度以及搭接剪切强度的影响。结果表明,当PU/PVAc=50/50(w/w,质量比)时,IPN的剪切强度最大,在此条件下合成的IPN涂料是带锈铁板的良好涂料。

Abstract: | The interpenetrating polymer networks(IPNS)obtained from castor oil polyurethane and Vinyl acetate monomer.The properties of this IPNS were Studied.Moreover,the sample of this graft IPN has been applied to coating when PU/PVAc is 50/50.The coating formed by PU/PVAc IPN on the iron plates without rust removal showed fairly good properties with respect to adhesion,impact strength,pliability and corrision resistivity. |
