摘    要:基于金属材料非对称循环疲劳极限的估算公式,提出了根据一组对称载荷下的疲劳试验数据,构建非对称循环载荷下的等幅P-R-5-N曲面族的简便工程方法,并给出了等幅P-R-5-N曲面族的普遍表达式,该曲面族在一定务件下,可退化为5-N曲线及疲劳等寿命曲线.P-R-5-N曲面族体现了二维应力与概率疲劳寿命的关系.该方法所需试验数据少,便于工程应用,可为在变幅或随机时间历程加载奈件下结构的疲劳可靠性分析提供依据.

Abstract:Based on the estimation formula of asymmetrical cycle fatigue limits for metal materials, the general form of P-R-S-N surface family was established. Also presented was the construction method of P-R-S-N surface family by only using the fatigue test data under symmetrical loading. P-R-S- N surface can be degraded into S-N curves and constant life diagrams in some special conditions and the surface shows the relationship between two-dimensional stress and probabilistic fatigue life. This method can decrease large amount of fatigue experiments, and is feasible in engineering application. P-R-S-N surface can be used in the structural fatigue reliability analysis under random loading.
