培养紫苏细胞的生物反应器的比较

摘    要:在培养紫苏植物细胞以生产花色素的过程中,选择或设计了鼓泡式和搅拌式四种不同的生物反应器,考察了各种反应器中的培养条件,结果表明,基于花色素的生产率,鼓泡式和带螺旋桨的搅拌式反应器优于两种涡轮桨反应器,本研究为该细胞培养所用反应器的选择、设计、优化和放大,提供了一定的实验依据。

Abstract:A bubble column reactor and three types of stirred reactors were selected ordesigned for cultivation of Pertila frutescens suspended cells for production of anthocyaninpigment(a secondary metabolite).The culture conditions in the various bioreactors were in-vestigated in detail for the pigment accumulation. The results indicate that based upon theanthocyanin productivity,a bubble column reactor and a stirred reactor with marine impellerwere superior to two types of turbine-agitated reactors,This study is considered to be helpful for the selection,design,optimization and scale-up of the bioreactor for P,frutescens cellcultures.
