| 摘 要： | 随着中日两国间经济贸易和文化交流等活动的迅速发展，中国的日语教育进入了全盛期，在高校任教的日语外教越来越多，随之也出现了各种各样的问题。研究问题产生的原因并采取行之有效的解决问题的对策，才能最大限度地挖掘日语外教的优势，提高教学效果。

Various problems arise since more and more Japanese oversea teachers teach in collage. Based on the analysis in causes of existing problems, some tentative solutions are put forward. |
