| 摘 要： | 动作示范是武术教学中最常用的一种直观教学法。正确的动作示范，可以使学生获得必要的直接感受，以提高掌握动作要领的效率，还可以提高学生的学习兴趣，激发学生学习的自觉性，有利于形成正确的动作定型。
