快速液压机主控阀启闭特性

摘    要:通过对快速液压机动梁的运动分析,以及液压系统流体瞬变模型的研究,提出了一种根据修正正弦动梁位移曲线,并按照二维流体瞬变耦合方程,用有限元法确定主控阀启闭特性的方法,可以减少快速液压机的液压冲击与机械振动.

Abstract:Owing to the high velocity required for a press slide,the main control valve has to be opened and closed frequently and rapidly. However, as the inertia of the moving parts of a press is usually rather large, serious pressure surge and mechanical vibration are even more likely to occur. To remedy such a situation,it is necessary to have a main control valve with fairly good open-close characteristic. An approach based on the modified harmonic displacement curve of slide and 2-D fluid transient coupled equations as well as the finite element method is proposed.
