Fault Tree Analysis of the Urban Traffic and its Realization of the Visualization System on VB

The paper explains the current situation of the development of the urban traffic and introduces the fault tree analysis according to the practical problems of the urban traffic. It disserts the basic theory of the fault tree analysis. It establishes the fault tree graph and carries on the qualitative and quantitative analysis taking back car from knocking down front one as the example. It completes the visualization system about the fault tree of the urban traffic and refers the basic functions of the system. At last it analyzes the social economic benefits and the development and application prospect of the system.
