基于数字PID和89C52单片机的恒温控制器设计与实现

摘    要:为了实现对抗酸染色加热过程的温度控制,设计制备了一种恒温控制器,以STC89C52单片机为主控制器,采用DS18B20检测温度,利用数字PID算法和PWM输出控制双向可控硅开关通断。应用表明,该恒温控制器在设定的目标温度和恒温时间范围内,温度控制精确、稳定,操作简便,在抗酸染色实验恒温装置中得到了良好应用。

Abstract:To control the heating temperature in acid-fast staining experiment,a kind of constant temperature controller is designed and made.The controller uses STC89C52 as main controller,DS18B20 as temperature measuring,and adopts proportion integration differentiation(PID) algorithm and pulse-width modulation(PWM) output to control triac turning on and off.The practical using results showes that the controller is able to control temperature constantly within fixed time and temperature,with accurate and stable cont...
