摘    要:废纸制浆过程中热分散机温度控制效果由于加热过程存在滞后、蒸汽管道压力随负载的波动和进热分散机进浆浓度的变化而受到影响,针对温度控制要求和工艺特点,设计二自由度串级控制结构。该方法将串级控制和二自由度控制结合起来,把系统的目标值跟踪特性和干扰特性分离后进行设计。经实际运行表明,系统响应速度快,超调量小,有较强的鲁棒性,提高了系统的控制品质。

Abstract:The temperature control of disperser is affected by time-delay of heating, disturbing pressure of vapor and the consistence of the pulp in pulping from old paper. Aiming at requirement and characteristics of disperser, two degrees of freedom cascade control structure is designed. It combines two degrees of freedom control with cascade control and decouples the set-point tracking response from disturbance rejection response. The practical application results show that the controller has fast response, small overshoot and robustness. The control performance of the system is improved obviously.
