对天然气节流井筒参数的探讨

摘    要:井下天然气采集过程中,当利用井下节流器预防水合物的生成时,由于井下节流气嘴安装在井下,其实际节流前后压力与设计节流嘴直径时所假设的前后压力有一定的差别。一旦节流嘴工艺设计偏差时将引起节流嘴失效导致作业失败。本文在借鉴前人模型的基础上, 考虑气嘴多相流节流的各阶段特征,分析过气嘴节流各阶段温度压力降落特征,建立适合工程实践应用的节流主要技术参数计算式,对井下节流工艺进行设计,避免操作的盲目性,对于现场气井测试及生产具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Underground natural gas gathering process, when using downhole throttling device to prevent hydrate formation, due to downhole cutting nozzle is installed in the underground, before and after the actual throttle pressure and nozzle diameter throttle design assumed a certain pressure before and after difference. Once the cutting process design deviation of mouth will lead to cutting nozzle failure and the operation failed. In this paper, drawing on the basis of previous models, consider the gas nozzle multiphase flow characteristics of the various stages of cutting expenditure, analyzed the throttle gas pressure drop in the temperature characteristics of each stage, set up for engineering application of throttle the main technical parameters formula, throttling process of the underground design, to avoid the operation of blindness, for on-site gas well testing and production of important guiding significance.
