广西藤茶提取物TTF抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

观察广西藤茶提取物（简称TTF）及其含药血清抗肿瘤作用，采MTT法，观察含药血清对肉瘤细胞（S180）、肝癌细胞（H22）、白血病细胞株（L1210）细胞增殖的抑制作用；体内试验以荷瘤小鼠实体瘤重、抑瘤率为实验指标评价TTF对S180移植性肉瘤的抑制作用；以荷瘤小鼠存活时间为实验指标评价TTF对H22移植性腹水癌的抑制作用。实验结果表明含药血清在体外对S180细胞、H22细胞和L1210细胞有明显的抑制作用，体内能明显抑制实体瘤重和延长荷瘤小鼠存活时间。证明TTF体内及含药血清具有一定抑制S180、H22、L1210肿瘤细胞增殖及S180、H22诱发的移植性肿瘤作用．

Study on the Anticancer Effect of Ampelopis grossedentata TTF

To study the anticancer activities of TTF and the serum which included the drug, the anticancer effect of the serum which included the drug in vitro was studied by MTT assay, to the proliferation of S180 cells, H22 cells and L1210 cells. The inhibition effect of the TTF to S180 cells in vivo it was evaluated by the tumor weight of the mice bearing tumor and the tumor inhibition rate. To the H22cells in vivo it was evaluated by the time how long the mice bearing tumor lived. It is obtained that S180 cells, H22 cells and L1210 cells were obviously inhibited by the influence of the serum which included the drug in vitro. Furthermore, the TTF also had the anticancer activity to the S180 cells and H22 cells of the mice bearing tumor. It is the conclusion that TTF had the anticancer effect on S180 cells, H22 cells and L1210 cells.
